As Ed Joyce got fed up with Ireland and became an Englishman, can I become Irish?

Only joking, I know he is playing for England so he can play test mtches abd play at the highest level, but I am a wannabe Irish supporter, they look like getting further than England!

And at this rate will be a test playing nation soon! lol

Imagine what they'd be doing with Joyce in the team....

And I have Irish heritage!

                           you maywell find you are already Irish, find out who in your family is Irish, and if it is your parents, you are next generation Irish, or Grandparents, you are second generation Irish, and so on, back through the sands , and spuds of time. but you are of course always welcome as an honorary Irishman...... from a first Generation Irishman..........Tony M

    My great grandfather was born in Ireland but worked for years in Liverpool. My grandad was born in Liverpool, but brought up in Ireland. My Dad was born in Philadelphia but was reared in Ireland. I was reared in Ireland and live in England. ALL of us are 100% Irish and all four generations were'are fluent Irish speakers! Welcome to the club!
