  1. the only one who can edit or change that is the account holder

    give them these instructions

go to this link- http://groups.yahoo.com/myprefs click add email address on top left- follow steps and confirm address.

then go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the column Email Address click the arrow for the drop down box and select new address- click save changes

  2. Even with your Moderator priviledges, you can't change her e-mail address for her.  She has to do it herself.

Tell her to go to http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups?o=2&edi... .  Then she should find the name of the Group (where she wants to change her e-mail address) in the left-hand column.  Two or three columns to the right on that line, she'll see a pull-down menu with her current e-mail address.  Tell her to use the pull-down menu to change her address.  Make sure she doesn't forget to click the Save Changes button when she's done.

If she can't find the e-mail address she wants to change to in that pull-down menu, tell her to go to http://groups.yahoo.com/myprefs .  Then she should click on Add Email Address towards the upper-left-hand corner.  Then she should follow the directions on the resulting page.  After she confirms her new e-mail address in this way, tell her to go back to the previous paragraph and follow the directions in it again.
