  1. Lose weight and bulk down.

  2. Lose fat and your "bulk" will be there. Assuming you mean muscles, lol. You need to get the fat layer off which is hiding your muscle definition.

  3. Why not change your eating habits to consuming healthy foods and working out?  That way you will be doing both at the same time.

Focus on eating healthy foods, foods that are real. Real food doesn't come in a box, can or package.

If you go into a grocery store and shop along the outside aisles you will see meat, fruit, veggies, and dairy products. These are all real food.

I also tell my clients to eat smaller meals more times (5-6) per day. When a body is starved it will store fat. When it believes that times are good (when it's being feed good nutrition often) it will release fat.

I have written a page focusing on a 3 pronged approach dealing with Detoxing, Nutrition and Exercise.

    Good luck!

  4. Lose weight, then bulk up.  It would be very hard to get rid of excess skin if you first try ro bulk up and then trim down.  I was at 260, dropped almost 90, and now have bulked up 10.  Obviously I still have some work to do, but I wouldn't have wanted to stretch the skin any further than it already was.
