As a Locksmith Covering California, how can I better gain the attention of Realtors needing re keys done?

I am an accounts manager for Academy Locksmith, we services the entire state of California. I currently have 35 real estate companies I am working with to re key R.E.O homes. We are aware of how Marshel evictions and cash for keys work. We are fully licensed and insured, and offer the ability to set up a billing account. I want to know how to better advertise to R.E.O agents who may need our services. any ideas on how to do this?

We all need your services.  Almost every week.  But you will get stopped at the front desk at every realty office.  If you send out mailers, they may go in the trash.  If you pay to be an "Affiliate Member" of the realty boards, you are hoping that your membership money gets you some good will.  You are a businessman and understand that there is no magic answer to getting discovered; no matter how good you are.

Contact all the Realtors and offer to negotiate a volume discount based on levels of activity.  It is really all about the cost and if you are willing to do the job for less with a guarantee of certain levels of activity than both sides come out a winner.

The locksmith I use offers me a discount for everything from making a copy of a key to changing out a whole house.  

Ask around to various offices if they allow speakers at their weekly meetings.  Prepare a flyer of your services, be prepared to talk about why you are better than the other guys and the price of your services.   Keep it brief, but it is a great opportunity to get your name out there.

If going to office meetings is cost prohibitive, just mailing your flyers to REO agents is cheap and easy.

Some Realtors are very fickle, they will use whoever saves them fifty cents.  I am more prone to use services that have beeen proven to be fast, effective and reliable, but of course the price has to be competitive.
