As a Realtor, where would you go? Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker or Remax?

I don't know what to do. I also would like to join a team, is that a good idea? what would you recommend?

I am not into the franchises, but BY FAR Coldwell Banker is the better agency, with very professional agents.

Remax is the direct opposite, I always know there will be problems (most they are lazy) if the selling agent (I am loyal to broker) is from there.    If I have a choice I will not bother viewing property listed with them.

Coldwell Banker. I have also heard good things about Keller Williams. I have a a friend who is very happy with them.
