I don't think anybody here can tell you what you achieved last term.

I suggest using a spellchecker when you do the assessment

Yasmi, the first thing you need to do is to learn how to spell correctly and then come back and ask your question with the words correctly spelled.

Just write a statement about the things you have achieved over the last year, for yourself (professional development etc), for the children (have you helped a child to reach their target?) for the school (have you played a major part in the development of the school (set up a breakfast club for example?)

Then think about what you would like to achieve in the following year, again think about the three areas, yourself, the children and the school. Maybe you would like training in a particular area or would like to set up an after school club. Put these ideas in order of importance.
