  1. No passport is required to visit a US Territory:  http://www.meetpuertorico.com/about_pr/p...

  2. US citizens- no passport required.  It will NOT change when the rules change in June/July.  A valid State issued driver's license or birth certificate will do.

    If not a US citizen, then yes, a passport is needed.

  3. No you don't.

  4. If you are a U.S. citizen, you DON'T need your passport because Puerto Rico is a U.S. commonwealth (essentially they are a state, but they don't have all the same rights/privileges that we do - it's comparable to traveling from NY to ME and not needing a passport).

    You just need a valid ID (drivers license), although I brought my passport when I went in March because I felt it might make things go faster at the airport.

  5. No, you can use a picture ID, such as a valid driver's license, or a valid state ID. But if you have a passport, that's accepted also.

    valid= current, not expired

  6. No, you don't need passport.  I'm traveling june 10 and no passport required.

  13. puerto rico is a part of the united states, therefore a passport is not needed to go to puerto rico

  14. Absolutely not. I've been to PR 12x and a passport is not necessary.  But you do need it if you want to go from the US to PR to somewhere else.

    No worries because you don't need it. Your ID is all you need.
