  1. At least 17

  2. I'm guessing the regular 5 a day :)

  3. The guidelines are the same, you just won't be eating meat for your protein (probably using legumes instead).

  4. The UK Government is promoting the ''5 A Day'' Campaign. It's basically trying to get the message of healthy eating across to the public. The Government recommend that daily, you should consume at least 2 portions of vegetables, and 3 portions of fruit for optimal health.

A portion is about 80 grams, or a handful. (For example, a handful of grapes is one of your five a day).

Most people do not eat enough fresh fruits and vegetables. I say eat as many as you can! :)

  5. we are omnivores, the dominant species of this earth... we have k9 teeth to tear meat & molar's for grinding veg/fruit, we were born to eat meat just as we were born to grow old and die.

By being a vegan or vegiterian i see it as a sign of mental weaknes & caring emotionaly for a weaker species.

  6. Normally every person should eat 5 portions of vegetables.

And you should eat at least 5, too

According to the vegetarian food pyramid, 3-5 servings a day.

  8. as many as you want really, but stil go by the 5-a-day guidelines.

you shouldnt need to eat more vegetables (although you probably do eat more than when eating meat) because things ike nuts, quorn, tofu, eggs etc, replace meat rather than more veg.

  9. 9-12.

  10. You should the same as  you always did.
