As a barista working for a coffee shop; would you rather say you work for Steaming Joes or Steamers Coffee?

I am just curious which name people prefers.

I'd rather say I work for Starbucks.  lol.  Just kidding.  

If you are asking whether these names are good for coffee shops, I think that they are both lacking originality.  I suppose I would rather say I work for Steamers Coffee because Steaming Joes sounds like a dive coffee bar.

As I told the other guy who asked the same question... Steamers Coffee sounds like a nicer place to go. Steaming Joe's sounds like it wouldn't as nice an atmosphere.
