As a childminder wanting feedback on my services...what questions should i ask parents?

ASK THEM HOW THEY PLAN TO TEACH THEIR CHILD TO TREAT THE OTHER CHILDREN IN YOUR CARE AS THEIR CHILD WILL BE EXPECTED TO BE KIND AND CONSIDERATE!

ask them is there anything they would like you to do with your child, ie some might want you to do there reading while others might want to do there child homework with them and some might want to do it with there own kids to have some quality time with them, ask them if there is any concerns they have with you, ask if they have any suggestion how you could improve ur services. ask them if there child is naughty how would they like you to deal with there child as one parents disapline is different to another. ask them how they feel about you takin there children for days out ie- park, swimming, theme parks, zoo ect and do they have any concerns with you doin that. hope that gives u some ideas

Well first ask them if they have any concerns or questions about you behavior. Open ended questions sometimes get unexpected answers.

Ask if the child has said anything about you. Sometimes the child can overhear things and repeat them out of context and raise some eyebrows.

And ask if they like specific aspects of your routine. Like you stop letting the child have snacks 2 hours before dinner- how do they feel about that?

How old are the children?

When all else fails ask the kids..though you may get a more of an honest answer than the adults.

Take a step back & see what changes have become of the children you have taken care of.For the good & the bad.
