  1. I would suggest go to taxslayer.com to file your tax. its 10$compared to the guys you hire at h&R  block or other  tax preparer that will charged you 100 to 200$ . U usually can find answers to your questions at their site

AS for your question , yes you have to file your tax when you work and receive income.if your not working, forget it.

  2. Depending how much of an income you had. sometimes when the

income is very low you do not have to report

  3. If you are a foreigner, what kind of income do you have?

What visa are you on, how long have you been in the USA?

  4. Yes.

even if you are illegal you still have to pay income tax, sales tax, and a bunch of other taxes levied on U.S. citizens.

  5. VB asked some very good questions. However, there are times when a foreigner would have to file a US tax return even if they have never been in the US.

Yes, you will need a tax number to be able to file a return.

I would advise that you talk to either an Enrolled Agent or a CPA that specializes in taxation (most don't). There isn't enough information in your question to give you an answer. And, this could be either a very simple answer or a very complex one.

    Hope this helps.

  6. Which visa do you have? About your income? For how many days you are in the U.S.?

If you have income from the U.S. sources, and it needs the filing requirement, then you need to file tax return.
