I am a foreigner studying in india and now that i completed my studies i would like to start working. I have till now many good job offers from good companies but none of them is willing to give me the appointment letter. They all say: "I am sorry but, we cannot accept people without a work permit, We will get back to you as soon you get your work permit". No need to tell that i've explaining them how necessary is the employment letter in order for me to get the visa.

I need the appointment letter so that i can to apply and get the employment visa at the embassy of india in my country. This is a proof i should give to the embassy to prove that an indian company is interested in my services and at the same time to prove that the company does exists in india. Both sides are categoric and am in the middle. What shall i do? plz help!!!

  1. You may wish to contact larger, well established, multi-national companies who are more experienced in such matters and would be willing to provide an appointment letter.

  2. An consented contract for work with a well-established corporation will surely guarantee the granting of an employment visa.
