  1. What's to assure that the "sub" is going to complete the job? Is your sub properly licensed, insured and bonded?

    Sure hope so - but YOU (as the general) are ultimately responsible.

    Just find yourself a LOCAL independent agent to help you with your commercial insurance needs.


  2. IN MOST STATES, FOR YOUR FINANCIAL SECURITY I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE IT; IF YOUR SUB CONTRACTOR DOES NOT DO THE JOB YOU WILL BE HELD LIABLE TO FINISH OR REPAIR THE JOB AT YOUR EXPENSE.
