As a graduate, is it possible for me to go back to High School in California?

Question

Before graduation, I've planned to go back to my home-country, Germany, but i ended up staying in the US. Thus, I plan to go to college, which is unlikely with my current status. I only attended school in the US for one year, and graduated as a senior at the age of sixteen. I really need to find a way to go back to my old high school for one more year, so I'll have a much higher chance in getting into a UC(four-year university).

I would appreciate it if anybody could answer my question in detail.

I don't see how that could help you get into a UC. If you are not a US citizen you will have to apply as an international student and pay out of state tuition unless you completed 3 years in a CA high school.
