All the information you need is on the Canadian immigration site.  Have a look there and then contact the Canadian visa office in Jamaica.  They will help you process your application.  

You need a passport, and must be in good health.  You will have to convince an immigration officer that you have ties, such as a job, home and family, that will take you back to Jamaica after your visit.  You will also have to convince an immigration officer that you will leave Canada at the end of your visit and that you have enough money for your stay.
