As a learner driver how can i stop coasting?

I have been a learner for a year but i spend more time just driving around with a licence holder and not an instructor. So i have picked up the bad habbit of coasting whenever i know im gonna have to slow down or stop. I have been ready for my test for ages but i wont do it because i know i will coast! HELP ME BREAK THIS HABBIT!!

  1. It's unlawful and veeery dangerous. Try slowing down with your gears, etc. You'll never pass your test doing that.


  2. Coasting is dangerous especially whilst cornering

  3. don't now who to tall u in the proper way sorry

  4. Don't do it anymore as you could put people in danger.

  5. take your foot off the clutch.

  6. try puting your foot on the brake to stop the car...

  7. As the first two said, take your foot off the clutch. It really is that simple!
