As a man, what can I do to increase my wife and my chances of getting pregnant?

I wear boxers and am taking a daily multi-vitamin. Is there anything else I should do?

Not really.Stay away from hot tubs! :) It can decrease sperm count.Your wife will ovulate 14-16 days before she starts her period. You need to have s*x atleast 2 or 3 times within that week.

Help your wife chart her cycle.  Go to woomb.org and have a look at the information there.  You can use it to find out when your wife is the most fertile in the cycle.

i am a man too who is trying to increase my chances right now you are doing everything right now try to find out when she ovulates and start having s*x two to three days before ovulation and on the day of ovulation and this should increase your chances but if you don't know when she ovulates buy an ovulation kit and it will let you know when she is hope you are blessed to conceive

If you all use any type of lubrication, stop! Sometimes it can kill sperm, but most of the time it is too thick for sperm to swim through.

Avoid hot tubs or overly hot baths is important as well.

Keep a gap of three days between each ejaculation.

Have intercourse in the morning when sperm count is thought to be higher.
