As a moderator how do i change settings to see all messages being sent to my group even from non-members?

  1. if your group is not set up to allow posts from non members, there's nothing for you to see or any setting for that other than to allow non members to post. if a non member attempts to send a post to the group and it's not allowed, they'll get a notice (sorry, you have to be a member to post)


  2. Non-members cannot post to groups as far as I know (unless the messages section is public) but for your members' messages you can make your group moderated and you can approve/delete/reject whichever message you like. And here is how you can do that:

    1. Go to your group's homepage.

    2.Click Management on the left side of any group page.

    3.Click Messages in the "Group Settings" section.

    4. Click Edit next to "Postings and Archives".

    5. Select the "moderated" button in the "Moderation" column.

    6. Click Save Changes. Now go on and moderate!
