  1. No, if you are also a citizen of Bulgaria you do not need a visa to visit Greece.

    Residents are not always citizens. If you are not a citizen, visa requirements may differ.

    I mean no disrespect, I have been a resident of two different countries in the last 20 years but I have remained a British citizen - not always a good thing!!
