  1. d

  2. as a result..you return to prison and finish off the rest of the suspended sentence.  None of your examples fit.

  3. There could be mitigating circumstances I suppose. But based solely on the information you've given, it's "D" A prisoner would have had to sign paperwork agreeing to the conditions. One of them would be to disclose information to your parole officer.

Attorney client privilege would be refusing to disclose the information at the direction of your attorney. (hard to imagine WHY he'd tell you to do that)

5th amendment..... Kinda self explanatory, but still a violation of your parole. You don't HAVE to tell them, but if you wanna stay out of prison you'd BETTER.

       Judicial notice.. ?

  4. D. You no longer are provided constitutional rights when you are in jail. Is,{the fifth amendment the right not to incriminate yourself? Try not selling that one to your PO dude.

  5. You are trying to frame the answer you want to hear.  The correct answer is:  You are NOT entitled to withhold information from your parole officer. You can be charged with "violation of parole" and sent back to the slammer where they won't have to worry about your doing things that you don't want to talk about.

  6. E. Parole violation
