As a psychic do you ever encounter animal spirits?

Because animals inhabit my world I dream of them, I think of them, I see them.  Because I have a naturalistic and secular view of the world, I do not attribute anything magical to that interaction.

Much belief in spirits have developed from indigenous peoples using hallucinogens to see a chemically altered reality. They sometimes do a right of passage inducing these plants just to see an animal spirit that they feel belongs to them and they accept that animal in the normal world as their Representative in the spirit world.

It is possible that psychics are either truly psychic or have a different wiring to their brain from an accident, or maybe being allergic to a substance in life that causes a chemical change in the brain.

Yes.  Animals have spirits to. I have seen a cat ghost and a donkey ghost.  I think that all life has some type of spirit. As a farmer I see the intelligence level of animals is higher then most people give them credit for.  My horse is right now planing how to get out and get at the feed in the barn.  Thank god they don't have thumbs!

Sure! Spirits are spirits. I had a special bond with one of my dogs and it was confirmed by another psychic who said we'd had many past lives together, sometimes my pet was a human friend in those lives.

I still feel her presence sometimes and have even seen her after her death!

I have. I have several totem animals that have come to me in dreams, and I've felt thie presences around the house. Have had a puma, a black panther, and a gray wolf at one point along my journey. I also have a deceased dog and cat who are with me quite a lot. The cat sleeps with me, I can feel him purring, and the dog, I believe she guards my children when they sleep. Her I've actually seen, out the corner of my eye, standing in the doorway to my youngest's room. Have felt the large cats purr too, when they've come up on the bed with me, now that's a weird sensation! lol Neat though.

Being clairvoyant doesnt exclude encounters with animal spirits. Spirits are spirits whether they were human on the earth plane or not.

Not strictly in the Ghost sense. I do believe some hauntings include animals. I myself have only witnessed the return of our pets that have gone to Spirit. My wife had this favourite cat, and when it passed over, some days later, we observed this depression on the bed, and heard it purring.And I have seen our old dogs, flick in and out of my vision. My last dog passed in June this year. He was a very fond dog of mine, and I do miss him terribly.I feel him around, and catch glimpses of him briefly.It is like all  things, it is not our right to hold onto our grief for them. Like all things in Spirit they (the animals) learn to grow, just like we do.But I do have instances when I work with sitters I see their animals with them.
