As a runner, what type of exercises should I do in the gym?

I'm on vacation and I wont be using a track to run on. I'll be using the gym. What type of workout should I have that's affective?

  1. Some ab workouts are really good, or leg presses. Also if you have a flight of stairs near by those are good substitutes for hills. The stationary bike is really good for strengthening your legs you just need to put it up to a high resistance, and its really effective. well have a nice vacation, gl!
