As a teacher',what is your role in the achievemennt of quality education?

70% of my focus is on teaching students the subject matter, 20% is on teaching them how to be more effective learners now and for their entire future, and 10% of my focus is on helping them become fully developed healthy social members of society.

Quality education comes in when you thought of nothing but to have all your students learn and being able to apply what they learned in their everyday living. Remuneration should be a secondary thing. Think less of yourself.

As a purveyor of information it is my goal to inspire the students in my care and provide them with the knowledge that will take them to the next stage in their educational direction and ultimately for them to feel confident in attaining the career of their choice.
