im 5'4 1/2 inches tall and weigh ... 120 - 125 lbs. I'm a recovered anorexic but am looking to lose about 10-20 lbs - i'm not happy with the way I look. I've decided to try not to restrict, but do it the 'healthy' way. (Which is harder than it looks). I exercise quite heavily... about 8 - 10 hours of dancing a week + running in the mornings and the exercise bike at nights. I dont over do it on the exercise - i stop before i pass out :)This is what I eat everyday. Breakfast - Oats made with water and a 1 1/2 teaspoons of fresh honey Morning Tea - 1 Small AppleLunch - 1 1/2 cups of salad with pepper Afternoon Snack - 1 Small AppleDinner - Chinese Hokkien Noodles with Tofu and Vegetables Is this okay? Oh and i'm 15 1/2 yrs old and female
