  1. Better if our government don't get to know, because it's forbidden to American citizens to visit Cuba.  The point is NOT to forbid YOU to go, the main point is that you DO NOT spend American dollars there.  You're going to be taking a risk.

  2. Fly out of Tijuana.

Remember to ask them to Not stamp your passport

Of course it's illegal for you to do this if your an U.S. citizen.

I'm just telling you for fun.

  3. Fly out of Tijuana, Mexico or any city in Canada. Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver have flights to Cuba. It's expensive to fly out of a Canadian airport (the Canadian government loves to tax everything), so if you're closer to Mexico, fly out of Tijuana.

Most people don’t know this, but there are charter flights from most major American airports (mainly Miami, JFK, LAX) to Havana, Cuba. You need to get a permit to be allowed on one of those flights.

The ONLY law an American can break in regards to Cuba is a money transaction in Cuba. Other than that, there is no specific law that states "It is illegal for American citizens to be in Cuba."
