As an Ausrtralian, can I get a tourist visa for cuba from the airline I fly to cuba with, or when I arrive?

I'm Canadian and one time I received the tourist card through my travel agent when I received my ticket. The other times after that I would always receive it through the airline ON the plane to Cuba.

No one from anywhere will receive it as you arrive in Cuba. You have to have your tourist card filled out before landing.
