As an Aussie, or Kiwi who would you support in the RWC Final ? I dislike BOTH of them !?

The Poms are that arrogant blue blooded lot of toffs and the SA's are even more so arrogant and offcourse had the appartheid for so long ! Which is why i believe Kiwis hate them, Aussies just hate losing to the Poms, as we did, they look to have a stronger pack, but go Springboks !

You obviously don’t know an ‘entertaining game’ as you have never been exposed to it. If all the truly great ‘entertaining’ rugby teams in the world, (the best cheated out of a semi final by an English ref at the World Cup), played like the English they would only win three/four games every four years.  True rugby supporters would rather be entertained for four years than win three/four games in one tournament. You are obviously an English supporter, who only follows the rugby when the England start winning at the World Cup tournament. Given a RUN, that is precious, England is not noted for that. More like Jonny Wilkinson penalties and field goals.

The feeling could easily be mutual if all Aussies were like you. Fortunately 'n few seem to be decent. The Kiwis, on the other hand, (both team and supporters) have the respect of most South-Africans because they are passionate and knowledgeable about rugby and abstain from idiotic remarks like yours.

Yeah Im a Kiwi and I am supporting the Springboks because they've been playing great, entertaining Rugby...We gotta support the Boks to bring the Webb Ellis Cup back to the Southern Hemisphere again =) They definitely deserve to win it this year, Go Bokke!

I am going for south africa only because England are the most deathly boring rugby ever!! drop goals make me sick as does aerial ping pong which is all england tends to offer.

i would like to see england kick 4 drop goals and 8 penalties and still lose by 15 points just to show that running rugby is the way of the future.

in 10 years when the IRB gets its head out its you know what and changes drop goals to 1 point england will never win another game against anyone better than namibia.

I have to admit.... in just about every game before this one I've been cheering on the spingbok's opposition.

First I was behind samoa, then I wanted them to beat the poms in the pool, after that I was cheering for tonga, then USA, next I was cheering for fiji and finally I was behind the Argies.

I'll tell you what, all it comes down to is supporting the lesser of 2 evils! GO THE SPRINGBOKS!!

Kiwi's don't hate South Africans, half of the city I live in is South African. I don't really have anything against the poms either. I just couldn't handle them being the first team to win it back to back. They also play the most dour rugby on the planet.

What is all this 'entertaining game' nonsense.  You shouldn't be supporting a team because they are more entertaining - how shallow!  Most people would have been thrilled to see one of the 'minnows' in the later stages ... and they didn't really play 'entertaining' rugby.  It's really funny how lots of people are slagging off the English for being boring but hey, they got further with boring rugby than most teams.  Bottom line is SA will probably win but I hope they're given a run for their money.

Wow 'Wayne A' thats one way to put it, however as far as this 'kiwi girl' is concerned you dont speak for me and I neither hate nor despise either team for there efforts in making it to the RWC final.

First and foremost I am an ABs supporter and no matter which way the dice rolls I congratulate both teams.

As far as who I will support it will go without saying the Spring Boks get my vote, purely for there performance throughout this tournament very impressive indeed.

However I will not rule out England as they have been stepping up to the plate (just) to pull themselves through, I wouldnt be surprised if they *cough* *cough* pull there finger out and start playing the game.
