As an Illinois resident I am told that my car insurance will go down at 19years old. Is this true?

I have state farm full coverage insurance with no traffic infractions what so ever. Someone give me some info on this.. That would be great!

    You can try this company - http://autoinsurance.undonet.com - I personally have their car insurance in Illinois. As I know they reduce rates for 20 y. o. age with good driving record.
