As an american living abroad, who can i speak with at the embassy, who is above the window consulars?

my husband and i applied for a visit visa for him, more than a yr ago, and get the run around when we go in, who can i speak to????

Talk to the Ambassadors assistant. Then request the state Dept. Be

notified of your not getting help or being ignored by embassy staff. File

a complaint with Embassy head quarters in Washington D.C. If they

deny to comply, do it yourself to each department. A embassy is place to get Americans help. Hoped this helps.
