  1. As an employer, you pay the employees' tax withheld from their paycheck, plus your portion of social security.

    When you pay depends if you are a weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly depositor. Some indication of this is on the IRS letters you receive.

    If you don't pay the 941 taxes, you may be eligible for the trust fund recovery penalty assessed against your personal taxes.

    Generally you have either a weekly or a monthly deposit schedule.  The frequency depends on the amount you need to deposit.
