  1. Providing you have,either the cash or can convince a mortgage company,or bank to lend the money-yes.


  2. You could buy a house but the fact that you owned it would not give you the right to overstay your Visa.So if your via runs out in three years time you must still leave the UK on or before that date.

  4. well just wana say your first that you are the lucky bastered(just joking) and secondly i peronally think you can but i guess wont get mortgage on it. If you have enough money to pay off in one go then certainly u can and as your visa would be for limited period of time then i am afraid to say you dont fall in the category to apply for mortgage.

    being myself as an international student i wish i could even think about it.

  6. If you dont hold a UK passport then the chances are that you will have to make a CASH purchase, i.e. pay in one go without borrowing from UK lenders.

    Why do you want to buy in the UK, the market is heading for a crash..If you've got that much money, maybe you can lend me some.
