set your own membership so that you are always moderated

then write a message and click 'post' - this will send your message to 'pending'

there, you can edit it, and change your e-mail address for the owner e-mail address

you cannot send an e-mail through [e-mail]. No such mail exists. [e-mail] is only for messages that come to your inbox.

[e-mail] is only for in coming, you cannot send out using it. groups recognize you by your ID and e-mail you have linked to your membership, which is what you have to use.

best you can do is create a new account or alias using something close to your groups title
