rip off prices for starters.. and then there r those houses with questionable design.. or shall i say controversial design.. they don't necessarily attract all buyers.. of course the house has to match the buyer's requirements.. sometimes they just don't..

I am an artist and I tried to use 2 realtors before just going it alone and finding my own house.  They did not LISTEN to me.  As an artist I needed some specific things.  I think they had a "one size fits all" mentality and thought I wanted new construction in some ugly subdivision like most of the people moving to Florida.  That is not me, it's not my lifestyle or my career.  I can't imagine anything more suffocating than living in some cookie-cutter planned development.  I don't know why these realtors could not understand that.  They totally wasted my time.
