As far as the Merkaba meditations Eighteenth breath is concerned has any one done it?

I have not, but did Google "merkaba eighteenth breath".

There's a link (http://groups.google.com.au/group/essenc... which states:

"There is an eighteenth breathe [sic] involved, which completes the re-activation, where the Merkabah becomes a 'vehicle of light' around us.......not unlike a flying saucer in shape and function."

That's the answer from a master of this practice. I would have thought the 18th breath would be your last breath, when you "shuffle off the mortal coil."
