As a monarchial leader, you should have proper etiquette to everything around you, have respect and be humble... humble in ways that you are not abusive and very arrogant that you flaunt your riches and power to whoever is there...you should not promote violence and cult actions within your teritory.. don't be a dictator for people would be hard up in differerentiating a royalty from a dictator....

how about outlawing nationalities and getting rid of passports, immigration restrictions and other non human activities .. let's all move and live where we want .. it would soon even things out

You should kneel before the throne of heaven and worship the God who gave you the world.  Heal some as a reward or a gesture of good faith and plague those who adamantly oppose you,  if any of those are still alive. And no don't go slapping your servants.  The only reason you would want to abuse someone is to convince them how foolish it is not to serve you.  if someone is already serving you, in effect being your servant (even if they aren't very good at it) .slapping your servants would only show them how foolish it is to serve you.
