  1. I agree with one of the comments there about WWE now in a transition state in which it needs to establish a strong kid fan base.

I think it is logical that before WWE turns into an adult oriented program just like when it started the Attitude Era, it needs to sort of grow its loyal fans first, and the correct way to do so would be to make kids love the show, and when it is popular enough with the kids, WWE would just wait until this pool of fans grow up, and then they would just change the orientation of the program.

This change is needed as the fans from the previous attitude era was gone because of the same old reason, "Stone Cold and The Rock are gone, I am not interested in wrestling anymore!" that's the answer I got when I asked around 20 people around me, all the same answer mind you!

Some might ask, why wait. why not launch another Attitude Era now for an immediate effect. But firstly, they need to build a strong brand loyalty among the current generation of audience and if they make it an adult oriented program, those kids won't ever get to watch WWE as their parents won't allow it. Other companies such as TNA would even benefit as these kids would probably watch TNA now and WWE has lost out a massive pool of fans.

Thus, WWE is currently in a transition state and we can just be patient  about it, we will see Attitude Era sooner or later.

    Cheers

  2. It's sad but it is not coming back.

We should start a petition. and send it to Vince.

  3. I wish it would. I started watching it during that era when i was 4. now im 15 nad im dissapointed in them. wwe is afraid do that cus they dont want to hurt the kids minds by letting them see their favorite stars bleed. Okay I was 4 when i saw the s*x,blood, rock n roll in your face attitude of the WWF. I saw my favorite wrestlers bleed. It didnt mess up my mind. Im the first string QB for my HS football team. So it urned out fine. so why not rewind the clock back 10 or 11 years and make it good again

  4. Yea because they bought out WCW, if that hadn't of happened,  WWE would be better right now.

  5. its over, we can get something similar but it wont be the same...

  6. Yes, I agree.

I think a lot of people need to get this through their heads already. No era in time is coming back, and any form of it will be looked down upon by WWE fans. Most of the things people complain about in WWE today were issues back then as well, and a lot of people think that everything they saw when they were younger is better than anything in the present when they're older.

    STOP CRYING ABOUT IT ALREADY.

**Keep giving me thumbs down. I don't care!

  7. I agree with you at some extent that its not coming back any time soon. At the same time I can understand from a marketing stand point that WWE needs to do just what they did in the 80's and build up a loyal kid fan base. It was the same kids such as you & I that grew up and evolved with the WWE as the Attitude Era kicked into high gear. I believe that in the next 6 to 8 years WWE will once again change there marketing concept and start to appeal to the same demographic that they have in the palm of the hand now just as before with the Hulkmaniacs..

  8. Ya... its not coming back. Not until TNA starts breathing down WWE's throat like WCW

  9. yes its over.

just like the gretzky/lemieux era in hockey

just like the jordan era in basketball

just like the steroid era in baseball.

era's end, time to get with the program.

  10. i do.. besides, everything has to end in time.. & i think, the attitude era has wrapped up.. but who knows, it might resurrect in the near future..
