As of 7/11 are you not able to report an unpaid item to ebay? No more negative feedback to buyers?

Ok so I am pretty sure that ebay no longer allows you to send negative feedback to buyers which is probably one of the stupidest things ebay could have done but I am trying to report an unpaid item and the link does not seam to be there... Did they take this off too? My store has been closed for a while so I haven't really been following up with all the news and updates. Let me know what you know, THANKS!

  1. Go to the website and chat with an online rep.

  2. You can report an item as unpaid at any time from 7 to 45 days from the date it sold.  45 days is way more than any buyer needs, but in case you want to be generous, it's there.

Sign in to your account, and you will see a link on the ended auction that says "Report an unpaid item".  That link probably doesn't show up outside the 7 to 45 day window.  You can also find a report link in your Sold list in My eBay.  It's under the Action column.

Removing negative feedback for buyers is one of the smartest things eBay could do, because it's totally unnecessary, and makes buyers leave eBay.  Even if a buyer resolves the unpaid item, that negative feedback will haunt them for the rest of their eBay life.
