As owner of a new group,how do I set up Committee rooms?

I want to set up a psp Committee Room an Angels Room and Sharing Tubes and graphics one. where do I find this option at?

Chat rooms are no longer available as part of Yahoo Groups, but what some group owners are doing is going to other sites like Chatzy to hold the chats.  One of the groups where I'm a member of the owner uses that site for group chats and really likes chatzy a lot.  The website is http://www.chatzy.com
