As part owner of a company, can I reinstate myself after resigning?

I was extremely upset during an arguement with my business partner and decided to resign.

As this is not a good move, can I re-instate myself? I own 37.5% of the company.

No, you will need 50.1% to do that.  Maybe you could get help from another part owner?  Anyhow, why not just go talk to the partner and see if you can work things out.
