As technology and health care advances, do you think poor people will fall farther behind?

You know, in the areas of having access to computers and cell phones. And also in areas like health care and biological engineering and drugs that extend one's life.

If healthcare ever 'advances' beyond its excessive dependence on technology, the poor will benefit even more than others.  The medical industry emphasizes drugs because there's so terribly much money there.  We would all benefit if medical research became honest and independent.
