It's not the democrats who are causing the downfall of the economy, its the corporations and capitalist systems of america themselves. For years our nation's industries have failed to recognize the significance and effect of globalization. We have failed to meet the competition of other countries and now our economy fails. Corporations fought off government regulation to help prevent this and now from lack of balance, American industries fail and ask for government aid. The same corporations supported by the Republican Party, asking for government aid and regulation in distress. It's not a war on business it's a war on non-sensical, inconsistent behavior from the private sector.

Wachovia has 2Billion loss and over 6,000 jobs will be layed off......Obama still wants to increase their taxes......WHAT A MISTAKE HE WILL MAKE!!!!!!!! We will have millions of layoffs and more lines in the food stamp offices....

Hey Love Canada, it's not the Republicans chasing away businesses from America, it's the second highest income tax rate in the world (second only to Japan).

If you owned a large business that generated billions in revenue each year and you had the choice to:

A. Pay 35% in America

or

B. Move overseas where you can find a rate of around 15-25%

Which would you choose?

They will eventually all be governemnt jobs, Democrats love the idea of nationalizing industry. As anyone who had worked for the gov't can tell you, the waste and non productivity is rediculous.
