Want to lose fat from love handles and upper thighs in a short time, yes in a very short time. Until now my lifestyle has been a junk box, i was consuming as much junk as possible, pizza for dinner, eggs and bacon for breakfast and fast food for lunch. Recently i met someone really nice and changed my life, I eat lots of vegetables and fruit and one in between instead of the candy Apple. I want to lose weight and to do this I'm going to run every second night / roller skating. And I drink at least 2 liters of water per day. Am I on the right path and can anyone help with tips i can use to get rid the fat from the belly and upper thighs and what exercises can i do to get rid of the love handles?
