As the era of cheap food ends, and prices surge, how will you feed your family?

Even The Wall Street Journal has joined the fray and reported on the growing cost and scarcity of food.

Grow vegetables in my yard and in pots on my back porch.  I just joined Costco and Sams Club, so I can buy things in bulk and freeze what I don't use right away.  I can also prepare smaller portions and separate and store bulk items that I don't use right away.  That's what zip-lock bags and tupperware are for.  Clipping coupons is always a good idea.

A little careful planning and budgeting goes a long way.

I just went shopping and didn't see a scarcity of food, the shelves in the store are full.  Back to your question how do I feed my family well I stick to the basics no junk food.  Buy only what I really need, I can feed my family of 4 on less then $150.00 a week.  We are not starving Americans need to go back to planing meals and get away from the fast food places.

Very carefully! I will definatly start clipping coupons and use them! I also set a budget and stick to it...no matter what. I look in the sales papers, and see which store is having the best sales and shop there!!
