As the moderator how can i get the group members to share pictures?

i want the group to have an album where every member can upload their recent pictures and it will be viewable by all

many members wont share photo's due the the right clicl ability that cant be disabled on yahoo. I'd suggest encouraging sending them through mail.

Start them off by taking their picture (with permission) and uploading them to the site.  Lead by example, most folks just need a nudge.  If you have a digital camera do this at the next meeting.
