wish us referees luck for the new season ahead? Don't forget without us no game could go ahead and that we are only human and will make a mistake or two! Also I would like to add this is my last Q as I need to prepare for the new season!

Mate most of you refs r good and yeh its just mistakes you make with no real evil intent behind the desicion.

BUT

I do know cos i have seen it happen alot the fact that certain refs have something against a club and you can tell from the first 10 mins.

and if they feel they have been hard on a team they will be hard with the other and give somet they wouldnt normaly.

So if your one of the many that make deccisions from what you feel in the moment and treat all teams the same and dont distract yourself with your own errors and you dont think to much of what you think but only on what you have seen, then all the best and i hope someone is looking over you.

IF

you use your own hates against a team or start to judge a team then i hope the fans catch up to you.

Overall, all the best and i hope you enjoy the job and no they shouldnt be any technology if you play the game right. And dont moan about the comments of the crowd its nowt personel.

i think the only rule that i am fed about is giving a straight red for 2 footed challenges. i mean how many 2 footed challenges have caused a major injury . very few if any. moreover i have seen several clumsy and potentialy  

dangerous challenges which players get away with and i have seen red cards given for harmless challenges just because the player used both feet.

A.. yes we should introduced for refs who forgot to put thier contact lense's in.. IE clattenberg at the mersey derby game at goodison...

Refs get a raw deal sometimes - dont worry we appreciate that.

Yes, I think its time goal line technology should be introduced and also a monitor for offside - so that you can appeal it like in tennis when you disagree with an outcall.  Its so instant now that it wouldnt take hardly any time.
