  1. bananas!!  bananas help.

  2. try heating pads or eating foods rich with wheat, some peanuts would be good to eat, a bit of excersize, a nice warm bath or shower, or maybe even eating popcorn might help.

  3. Bananas!

They are actually said to help if you eat them.

  4. You can try soaking in a warm bath, or taking a hot (not hot enough to burn yourself of course) shower.  Also, a heating pad or a hot water bottle can be of help.

On the food aspect you can try eating things that are rich in iron such as spinach, raisins, and peanut butter (if not allergic to peanuts of course).

  5. Birth Control has tremendously helped my cramps!!  It was really the only thing that ever helped.

  6. Try a hot water bottle.  I always found that helpful.  There is something soothing about the heat.  Maybe some herbal tea such as chamomile would make you feel better and it will also help you sleep.

  7. drink pickle juice it really helps

  8. Heat pads, & exercise.

I used to have really painful cramps but then i learned if i have s*x the first few days of my period it really helps.

  9. This is going to sound crazy.... BUT.... go for a fast walk or dance around your bedroom.  It makes a difference. The more you lay around the worse you are going to feel.

  10. Eating ginger sometimes helps with cramps?

It also helps with nausae if you have that too.

one more thing, it probably sounds kind of like it would make it worse, but i like to talk bike rides, or even walks, it sooths cramps, and relaxes the muscles, and blood flow.
