As you get older how does?

your face change? im 16 and i like the way my face is and i dont want it to change much. will it get better or worse when i reach my twenties/thirties?

Well, it's called gravity and sun exposure!  So unless you plan on getting botox and plastic surgery then start protecting your skin now!  Moisturize and use sun screen daily!  This will help protect against wrinkles, now gravity on the other hand- not much you can do about it - hang upside down??
