As you worry about gas prices are you in some way optimist?

as the saying goes, "necessity is the mother of invention" and we dam sure need an energy source like hydrogen and we need it cheaper than 4. dollars a gallon and we need it in a few years or "it" is going to hit the fan!

I agree that we need alternative energy sources, however they need to be developed and phased in with a lowering of petroleum products pricing so that people can afford to drive.

I am not overly optimistic that the price of oil will come down substantially until it is so high no one can afford it, and there is no huge market for it.

At that point you may see a reduction in prices.
