An ideal Australian would be someone like my late father-in-law who raised 7 great Australians went and fought for his country when needed and even though he was sometimes classed as a second class citizen in his own country being an Aboriginal man he never let it stop him from making sure all of his children were proud of who they are and made sure they knew they were Australian first and foremost and instilled in them to work hard, be honest and treat everyone with the respect they deserve and all the time with a huge smile on his face.

A great Australian in my book.
