Ashley Cole will not give up his England spot to Kieran Gibbs
Chelsea defender Ashley Cole has warned http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Kieran-Gibbs-c20945 that he has no plans of retiring any time soon.
Gibbs is currently the second choice left-back in the England squad, and Cole has warned the youngster that he has no intention of stepping aside for him.

Speaking on his upcoming record-breaking appearance for England, Cole said, “I'm never going to give up or retire. I want to win as many caps as I can. In the back of my mind I will think I broke the record.”
It seems that the defender will get his 100th cap for England before the end of the next season. He added, “But I don't want to stop here. I want to keep going and get more caps.”

Cole added, “To play for your country is a dream as a little kid and I am thankful to have done it so many times. Not for one minute did I imagine I would win trophies, play for Chelsea, play for Arsenal and for England so many times. Every day is a joy
but I am still very hungry for more trophies.”
